Last month we started changing things up by releasing a monthly timetable and received some great feedback about it. So to keep that going we've released our November timetable.
This month we've scheduled sessions in a way that gives people who are locked into certain times, an opportunity to trial our different session styles.
Our clients last week really enjoyed Lift, HIIPT and our Relax session styles and today being the first Monday of November, we are excited for you all to try our new REFORM sessions. These are a mix of all of our other session styles and our most comprehensive workout. During these sessions you will build long lean muscle using light hand weights, increase cardiovascular endurance during our interval training and reset the body through a top to toe stretch. It really is the full body experience.
As with all of our session styles, they can be tailored to each person's individual abilities and we will always work around any injuries and pre existing conditions. It is our priority that each and every one of you leave your session feeling better than when you started.
